Texas is on fire.
I was going to post a recipe today…but this took over instead.
It’s been a pretty brutal summer for us. I mean we are used to hot summers with no rain, but this summer? This summer seems to be the hottest summer ever. And it actually IS the hottest on record, I believe. Days and days and days of 100+ temps and NO rain whatsoever have turned this state into a giant matchbox. And with the hurricane season in full force, while some parts of the country are drowning in floods, Texas is burning.
